We often neglect good sleep. It is extremely important for your health to get at least 6 to 8 hours sleep every day. It is also important to sleep at the right times. You should not be sleeping too late every day. While sometimes, it is unavoidable to sleep late, but you should ensure that it does not happen regularly.

What happens to a machine that is continuously running every single day? Over a period of time, it breaks down. Your body is the same.
