Started running in 2012, and witnessed
improvement in terms of timing, ramping up the distance
rapidly. Participated and won in all the prolific races
across the country until 2014.
Post SCMM 2014, I had a terrible injury which
kept me off active sport for over 2 years. This is when
I started cycling as an alternate form of fitness in
early 2015. Over the next two years I developed an
immense love and intense passion for the sport of
cycling. I competed in, and won multiple races in the
city as part of the Bangalore Bicycling Championships.
This has included multiple races in disciplines such as
Time Trial, Mass start, Nandi Climbs etc. In addition, I
have also completed the 200k, 300K, 400K and 600K
distance self supported endurance rides earning the
title of Superrandonneur.
