Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MySuperBrain (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must also agree on your behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

MySuperBrain is intended for school students in India (ages 6–18). By registering, you confirm you are a student or the parent/guardian of a student. Teachers and school administrators may also register to manage school leaderboards.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Content You Submit

When you submit competition entries, comments, or other content:

• You confirm it is your own original work
• You grant MySuperBrain a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform and in promotional materials
• You retain ownership of your content
• You must not submit content that is copied, plagiarised, offensive, illegal, or violates anyone's rights
• We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit plagiarised or AI-generated work as your own in competitions
• Harass, bully, or abuse other users
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, points, or competition results
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

6. Points & Competition Rules

• Points are awarded per our published schedule and are non-transferable
• Free accounts may submit up to 3 competition entries per calendar month
• One entry per competition per student is permitted
• Competition decisions by our judges are final
• We reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate rules
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash

7. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed via Razorpay. By subscribing you agree to Razorpay's terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change premium pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, logos, and code are owned by MySuperBrain. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission. Your competition entries remain your property — we only display them on the platform.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Profile settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

MySuperBrain is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
