Bhanu Reddy is the Partner- Director of GrayLogic Technologies Pvt Ltd ( A company working on Cloud / E & M Commerce , Block Chain , Mobile & IoT Technologies ) Hyderabad & Managing Director & CEO of M/s Beenfield Consulting -- USA ( A consulting company working for Startups/ Stand-ups & Branding ) ., Mr. Bhanu Varla has over 20 Plus years of experience in the development and execution of IT & ITES related project and he also started the first ever online examination platform along with TCS called as Grace Technologies ( an online –examination platform) as Director.

Prior to GrayLogic – Grace Technologies & Beenfield, Bhanu was Founder of M/s Bartronics India Limited and he was directly responsible for taking the company to an Initial Public offering on both National Stock Exchange of India and Bombay Stock Exchange, he was a thought leader in the technology space with many successes to his name, which evangelized and is a pioneer of AIDC Technologies’ in India and globally.

His passion towards Agriculture made him to start UrbanKisaan using Hydroponics as Technology platform and yielding a great output with a perfect ROI.The idea is to grow more than just fresh and nutrient food. He wanted to create a sustainable future farming and feed the world in a way that is good for both people and planet .He started creating Hyper –local urban farms by creating hyper-local urban farms we are creating a complete transparent supply chain with low carbon footprint and our growing technique helps us save 95% water yet grow30x compared to traditional farming , he is on the board as the strategic Advisor .

He also worked in various leadership roles in Top IT companies of India & Abroad, during his career spanning of two decades he helped many top companies in India and Fortune 500 MNCs resolve their critical-to-business problems leveraging on the uses of AIDC and RFID technologies coupled with process improvement. He was the first person in India who introduced Bar-coding & RFID Technologies’ & low cost Laptops. He was the part of Emirates National ID card roll out committee.

Bhanu Varla in his earlier career worked in many Senior Positions at Microland / Blue-chip –InfoTech, HCL, Superlogix -USA. His rich expertise covering a wide spectrum of customers & understanding different business situations, defining solutions’ and executing them makes him an authority in the Identity Management solutions space.

Bhanu Varla is an Alumnus of IIM Bangalore , a graduate in industrial Chemistry Engineering from Osmania University & MBA (Technology Management) and his specialization in RFDC & RFID from Israel & Singapore is an added flavor for his Entrepreneurial journey . He is now the President of IIMB – Alumni & Charter and Executive Committee & Treasurer of IIMB AA Member of TiE and TiE Grad steering committee Chair person. He Co-founded PayMyGST, PayMyVat (A joint venture with M/s Almoayyed International Group in Middle East/ Bahrain & Saudi) & Urban Kisaan the first Hydroponics in India .Presently he is pursuing his PhD from Birla Institute .
